Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and/or reschedule requests are accepted up to 48 hours (free of charge) before the scheduled service start time. Within 48 hours, you will be charged a fee (50% of the scheduled service cost). No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service charge.
